About lessons

Individual classes

At the individual class you will be the only person to train, under the lead of our instructor. The instructor will set up a training plan for you according to the entry health form, which you will fill in during the first class. To set up the plan, the instructor will consider the fact if you have previous experience with pilates exercises, your physical ability, your wish regarding the body shaping, eventually your possible health limitations. Such set up program will be gradually developed and adjusted by the instructor according to the progress of your exercising.

Each lesson is individual not only in the way that you are the only one on the lesson but mostly because of the sensible approach of the instructor, who adjusts every lesson according to your current needs and possibilities. The class is 55 minutes long.

Duet classes

Duet classes are lessons for two clients who are of the comparable age and physical ability and of the same level of knowledge of the pilates on machines. The lessons are leaded by our instructors.

Duet classes are for beginners, slightly advanced and advanced.

One class is 55 minutes long.

Group lessons on MAT

The group is created by 3 – 4 clients, the exercise is running on MATs and is focused on pre-pilates (basic principles of pilates exercise as pelvis position, breath, deep stabilization system etc.) and pilates for beginners. This exercise is suitable especially for clients, who are starting with physical activity, who are not used to regular sport activities. They simply need slower start. Learning this basic exercise will make the follow up exercise on the machines much easier and effective. 

It is a closed program of 10 lessons, which is paid in the beginning. It is not a system “I will come when I just wish to do some exercise”. In oposite: the whole program is progressing from the easiest exercise to more complex one and by missing some lessons the client will not reach the required goal.
