Welcome in Studio Pilates &Harmony

We are the only Pilates studio in Prague 11, which provides both individual and duet classes using Pilates equipment and machines. We proudly provide individual and sensitive approach to our clients. Join our professional team to exercise regularly in our brand new studio ! We are located close to the subway  station C Chodov with available parking next to the building. 

What can pilates do for me?

After a few months of exercising regularly you will be a step closer to your perfect weight and physical condition. Your body will become flexible and strong, improving your self-confidence and well-being.

Pilates exercises will help to release pain from your joints, back, neck or legs.

During Pilates classes, you will learn how to breath deeper and more intensively.

“You are only as young as your spine is flexible” J. Pilates. This quote is the foundation of our philosophy. We take time to teach our clients about the core, correct posture and spine which is the basics of Pilates approach.

Why to do exercise in our studio?

 We can exercise with various types of clients. We are able to identify their individual needs and adjust the exercise plan. According to it, we take care about good physical condition of our clients in the long-term. We correct their body posture and breathing. Our main priority is safety and health. In our studio we offer only individual or duet classes because we want to give enough time and attention for each person.

We carefully observe and correct every movement of our clients during the sessions. No injuries or overload of muscles can happen in our studio during the classes.

Each person goes through the input diagnostics and exercise preparation. This way we introduce Pilates classes to the newcomers and show in which way they can benefit from the future lessons.

We strictly follow the Pilates rules and do not mix beginners with advanced clients. We patiently teach beginners about basics of Pilates and body control. Only after the foundation has been built we gradually move on to the more advanced level.

We are able to adjust each exercise for the client according to his/ her abilities and needs. During the lessons, our instructors make sure that the clients avoid exercise mistakes which can harm the body in the long term.

This is why we believe that knowing and applying the basics of Pilates is the way to a healthy and strong body.  

Who are our clients?

Our clients are women and men of all age categories with different weight and physical abilities. We work regularly with individuals who want to achieve a better shape, become stronger, younger and more flexible.

In our studio, we are happy to see not only people with previous experience in sport, but also beginners and clients who have weeker muscles, overweight and other health problems.

We are happy to welcome pregnant women or women who have recently become mothers. We offer them to work on common health problems like diastasis, weak inner muscles of the core or backpain.

Our clients have one thing in common, which is a huge desire to do beneficial things for their health, beauty and positive state of mind. We will happily welcome everyone in our studio to help improving his/her life!
